Joe Biden is an enigma. While I strongly oppose the views and policy of his tenure, I find it more concerning that after nearly four years of getting to know our president, we still have no idea who he is. Previously, he has offered the American public plenty of narratives to provide a taste of who he is, however, most of these stories have since been proven untruthful. This leaves us with an even more muddled view of who our president truly is. What we do know is that whatever we are observing represents the very best the Democratic party has to offer. This is highly impressive.
Social media is filled with posts that appear to show President Biden wearing a mask. These posts generally occur accompanying a well-delivered, coherent, statement being made by the president. Recently, presidential speeches seem to be a rarity, and coherent statements are even fewer and far between. To further the argument that it is not the same man, other recurring posts show side-by-side comparisons of how his face has changed over time. These comparisons do not appear to show the same aging man. If skeptical, take a look. Like Deion, they ain’t hard to find.

Concurrently, videos of President Biden freezing up or appearing lost are just as, or more, readily available. The internet appears to be littered with them. Given the cognitive limitations demonstrated in mainstream media, it makes sense. After all, he is no longer the young politician slinging racist policy that gained applause among his cohort in the 1990s. Now, observing the lost elderly man, who simply likes ice cream, is semi-relatable. Generally, given his age and cognitive capacity, discussing blunders of this nature would be prefaced with ‘bless his heart’, however, this is the President of the United States! His harmless nature would be endearing, like that of a clueless grandpa, however, it renders him unfit for the presidency. It is the man in the mask who remains dangerous.
This matter was further complicated when the White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, recently tried to ensure the American public that he is, in fact, not old, confused, or harmless. Her stated culprit?–deepfakes. Deepfakes utilize technology to transpose one person’s face onto another while matching speech and facial movements. In other words, it makes it appear, on video, that someone is doing or saying something that didn’t happen. Now, the White House Secretary is claiming that the things we see him doing are not happening. What a play! The fact that he is rarely seen and heard is compounded by the notion that we may not be seeing him at all.
BREAKING: KJP claims that the videos of Joe Biden freezing are "cheap fakes” and “manipulated” videos.

We deserve to have an authentic president again.
Who is President Joe Biden then? Is he a man too senile to recognize the evil his family has done and his part in it? Is he merely a puppet who fully comprehends the facade of his presidency? Or is he intentionally playing the role of a dummy to create a smoke screen for his transgressions? Is it Obama under the mask? Is he just old? Does any of this even matter? At the end of the day, the punchline remains consistent: his absentee-style presidency is as dubious as the ballots that secured his position. Eat your ice cream and move on, Joe.
