The bill is directly aimed at the election of Sarah McBride (Formerly Tim) of Delaware after being elected as the first trans member of the US House of Representatives. She wants to prevent him from using women’s bathrooms and locker rooms in Congress.
🔥🔥🔥 @NancyMace just made this ABC reporter rethink his entire career when he approached her about the new tr*ns congress member using women's restrooms 😂 pic.twitter.com/85WPZgzFui

The bill specifies that members, delegates, resident commissioners, officers, and employees of the House of Representatives must comply. Enforcement would fall under the jurisdiction of the House Sergeant-at-Arms.
