According to Taliban officials, 14 Hazara civilians were killed in an attack in Daykundi province, central Afghanistan.
On Thursday September 12, 2024, 14 Hazara travelers systematically targeted killed and 4 others got injured on the Ghur and Daykundi border in Afghanistan.

Daykundi, which is predominantly Shia Muslim, is considered one of the safer regions in the country. The Afghan affiliate of the Islamic State, known as IS-Khurasan, has claimed responsibility for the attack.
