Former President Donald Trump’s campaign has lodged a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) against the UK’s Labour Party, accusing it of “blatant foreign interference” in the U.S. election by sending staff to campaign for Kamala Harris in key states.

Trump takes legal action against the LABOUR Party for their election interference in sending over 100 staff to help the Kamala Harris campaign.
Bravo Labour, you’ve turned the UK into a farce 🤡 pic.twitter.com/LnAfoIWjXS
The complaint, reported by the BBC, references media coverage that suggests Labour-affiliated individuals have traveled to the U.S. to support Harris, which the campaign argues constitutes illegal “contributions.” It claims this interaction implies that the Labour Party has made foreign contributions that the Harris campaign has accepted.
Around 100 British activists have reportedly been funded to campaign for Harris. A concerning social media post from Labour’s Director of Operations, Sofia Patel, recruited staff for campaigning in battleground states like North Carolina and Pennsylvania, promising paid accommodation. In her now-deleted post, Patel noted, “I have nearly 100 Labour Party staff going to the US in the next few weeks.”
Why are staffers from the UK's Left-Wing Labour Party campaigning in battleground states for Kamala Harris?

Additionally, the Washington Post previously reported that senior Labour strategists were advising the Harris campaign on how to reconnect with disaffected voters and run a successful campaign from the center left.
