At this point in the election cycle, tensions are high and the stakes are even higher. With the departure of President Joe Biden from the election race and Kamala Harris accepting the unearned nomination, there is room for questions regarding fairness and the integrity of the process. Keep in mind, that Kamala Harris received no primary votes. Zero. A larger concern is that the party responsible for this election transgression is currently holding the most power over the upcoming election. The current administration demonstrates an apparent willingness to do whatever it takes to retain power, including manipulating demographic data and ignoring the legal status of the millions who have illegally entered the country under their watch.
President Trump has stated many times that he will concede an election loss if it is fair. This reflects the view of many Americans. The problem has become that the upcoming election already has many issues that cast doubt on its integrity. One of the most alarming issues is the border crisis and their willingness to harm the country to retain power. This administration’s handling of illegal immigration has allowed them to skew demographics and political power in favor of the sitting party. While the MSM has become silent on this issue–it is no secret. Tension is high and these issues have increased party polarization among citizens.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have kept the borders wide open for illegal immigrants to enter and stay. While illegal immigrants cannot legally vote in elections, current systems do not prevent them from doing so. They may register without identification and cast their vote without fear of repercussions. The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act), was introduced to require proof of citizenship to vote and was passed by the House in July. However, it is unlikely to be voted on or passed by the Senate in time for the general election. Even in the unlikely event it is passed, it will likely face a presidential veto, despite its alignment with current legislation.

Beyond illegal ballots, other issues are posed by the overwhelming number of illegal immigrants. While illegal immigrants cannot legally vote in federal elections, their presence is counted in the census, which includes all people residing in an area. The population is used to extend influence by increasing the number of seats in the House of Representatives. It is more than a casual observation that many of the sanctuary locations for immigrants are in Democratic controlled cities or states. Regardless of the illegal immigrants casting a vote, their presence is allowing additional governmental control for the left.
The challenges faced by recent elections in other countries should serve as a cautionary tale for the U.S. The UK is amid a tense political climate following their election. Immigrants of Muslim and Jewish descent have had the ability to shift the political powers rapidly in a short time. The policies and practices of these ‘new’ powers can outweigh tradition through the unshared beliefs of recent immigrants. While immigration should be a system that is celebrated, it is equally important that it is handled correctly and legally. Other countries have faced similar challenges in their elections.
While France has a vastly different governmental structure, immigration and population replacement are still causes of political turmoil. This is evident in their recent elections which saw significant shifts in voter support. Many have attributed these shifts to the immigrant population and have called the electoral process into question. Even if acknowledging the legitimacy of the election, the population remains polarized on the issue of immigration. So much so that it’s led to government instability and ineffectiveness. In light of these dynamics, President Macron has faced substantial pushback on his immigration policies and has had to walk back some of his more progressive stances. These dynamics reflect ongoing discourse in the US about immigration policies and it’s impact on the election process.
Venezuela’s recent election was not without controversy either. While Venezuela didn’t face an immigrant issue in their recent election, it does parallel what we could potentially face (or may have experienced already in 2020). In late July, Nicolás Maduro was defeated in the presidential election. However, instead of conceding the loss, he had fraudulent votes tallied to justify his win. Citizens of Venezuela called foul play and are currently in the midst of an uprising. While this example is extreme, the sitting United States administration similarly has no intention of losing power. Manufacturing a play of this kind is not beyond them and they have virtually unlimited resources to pull off deception at the highest level.

The Democratic party has exhibited that they do not intend to play fair. They are purposefully and willfully inflicting wounds to the election process that have recently proven near catastrophic in other countries. The Biden-Harris administration’s approach to immigration and election integrity is leading us down a dangerous road. The integrity of the process is paramount and the remedies are straightforward. Here is a concise list that could ensure the integrity of our elections stays intact.
Make Election Day a national holiday.
In-person voting only.
Paper ballots only.
Require proof of citizenship.
Security cameras on vote counters.
Allow poll watchers within reading distance of ballots.
These steps are necessary to maintain the integrity of our election and not only prevent manipulation but also remove all shadow of doubt. Close the border and let citizens decide. The future is in our hands–but don’t expect them to play fair.
