Daily Mail has Trump +3 in National Poll
Washington, Oct. 31 (The Real Republic) – In the latest DailyMail.com/J.L. Partners national poll conducted before Election Day, Donald Trump has surged ahead of Kamala Harris, leading by three points.
Both candidates have solidified their support bases, but Trump has gained traction among independents and undecided voters, according to the survey of 1,000 likely voters, which has a margin of error of ±3.1 percent. The results show Trump at 49 percent compared to Harris’s 46 percent.

Despite the close race, Trump’s current standing positions him to potentially become the first Republican candidate since George W. Bush in 2004 to win the popular vote. In the previous poll conducted in September, Harris held a slight lead.
The poll was conducted from October 26 to 29, and it suggests that Trump has regained momentum after initially trailing. Harris enjoyed a boost following President Joe Biden’s announcement to end his reelection campaign, which resulted in increased poll numbers and fundraising. James Johnson, co-founder of J.L. Partners, indicated that the findings bode well for Trump’s prospects. “The movement under the surface suggests Trump is generating more enthusiasm than Harris, with undecided and third-party voters shifting towards him in the last month,” he noted.
Trump’s appeal appears strong across various demographics, showing improvement among voters of all races and leading in nearly all age groups except for those aged 18–29.

A month prior, Harris led Trump by five points, but her position has since weakened. Trump’s advantage is largely due to a 43-point lead among rural voters, while Harris maintains a slight edge in suburban areas.
Johnson remarked that Harris’s lead in the suburbs could indicate a potential inefficiency in Trump’s support, suggesting the possibility of a tighter race in swing states.
