Minnesota Gov. and teen sexuality enthusiast, “Tampon” Tim Walz, is now claiming that those who point to the evidence of him engaging in Stolen Valor activities for the past 20ish years are “denigrating his service record”.
Walz has been LYING for political expedience since he decided to run for Congress, an observable factoid well documented everywhere you look online. This recent parry is a calculated sleight of hand- the Harris campaign is banking on voters not looking deeper into the issue; praying that low-information Americans buy that J.D. Vance, a Marine and OIF vet, is launching insults because of… jealousy?
“I am damn proud of my service to this country. And I firmly believe you should never denigrate another person’s service record. To anyone brave enough to put on that uniform for our great country, including my opponent, I just have a few simple words: Thank you for your service and sacrifice,” Walz said. He’s so proud of his service that he made it up.
Unlike Walz and his potential future boss, Vance has sat down and answered tough questions in enemy territory from openly adversarial “journalists”. When asked about his thoughts on Walz, Vance explained multiple times that he isn’t bringing into question Walz’s service- he is bringing into question Walz LYING about retiring as a Command Sergeant Major (never met CSM requirements) and fighting, or as the governor likes to call it, “carrying weapons of war in war” in Afghanistan (he’s never been there).

This is textbook Stolen Valor.

Walz was sent to Italy during Operation Enduring Freedom, and for 2 decades, has hypnotically classified the deployment as “in support of Afghanistan”. Well-meaning voters would never think it necessary to dig into what the suspiciously clever word-smithed claims boil down to.
According to the Armed Forces Benefit Association (AFBA), Stolen Valor “involves falsely claiming military service, rank, recognition or even someone else’s identity. While it’s not technically illegal to just “make things up” — for example, to impress friends at a party — stolen valor is more complicated than that, which is why it is considered a crime.”
That is Walz’s big problem. No one has an issue with him having served in the MN National Guard. He is a veteran, and from all accounts, a competent soldier. Their problem is, and should be, that he has been misleading voters since the early 2000’s to get his fat ass into office.
HOLY SH*T!

Minnesota National Guard Leaders Expose Tim Walz for Stolen Valor, Lying About His Rank, and Quitting When His Unit Was Deployed to Iraq.
"As soon as the shots were fired in Iraq, he turned and ran the other way and hung his hat up and quit," said Tom Behrends, a… pic.twitter.com/14zvDeSPRV
Someone really needs to dig up pictures of him in his old dress uniform. Seeing the medals he wore on his chest would illuminate many questions.
