Authorities believe the suspect knew the victim, as she had provided him with information herself. Witness accounts and evidence led investigators to him. They suspect the motive was robbery, as Isabelle D.’s car, a gray Seat Cordoba, went missing and was later located near the suspect’s residence.
Isabelle D. lived near the Neckar river, and neighbors reported that her students often visited her home. Details regarding the exact cause of death have not been released to protect the integrity of the investigation. The suspect was arrested following a search of his room and is currently in custody, remaining silent regarding the allegations.
