The pipeline, responsible for transporting Russian oil to Germany was rendered inoperable after four separate explosions were recorded in the Baltic Sea. Germany, Sweden, and Denmark each conducted investigations into the matter, without publicly assigning responsibility for the attacks.

Moscow has claimed publicly that the incident was an act of sabotage.
The blasts, which occurred near the Danish island of Bornholm, destroyed three of the four main lines in the multibillion dollar system.
Last week, Poland confirmed it had received the international arrest warrant from Germany for the Ukrainian man suspected of the attack.
